We're off to a great start in Project Arrow!
In the last few days, we have explored the routines and procedures that will help our classroom run smoothly and in an organized manner. We also reviewed expectations for behavior in the classroom as well as when students are transitioning in the hallway from their classroom. Finally, we spent some important time building relationships with one another.
This week, students were challenged to work as a team to construct a pyramid with plastic cups using just a rubber band and string! Respectful communication, teamwork, and 'thinking outside of the box' were all important components of this challenge and the learning experiences we will share throughout the school year.

For the remainder of the week, students will have the opportunity to reveal helpful information about themselves as learners - including their passions, interests, and ways in which they learn best.
